Great building society for first time buyers!!

We were first time buyers and got our mortgage the DBS and they sent everything across and all communication was clear and really helpful to us as first time buyers. Plus the product fee wasn’t as ridiculous as some of those bigger banks! Reviewed on: 7th April 2025

I never had issues and when I contacted the customer service team they were polite and helpful. I would just say to improve the email communication as before I called a sent several emails and never had a response but once I called every thing was sorted Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
