Loyal customers are not supported

We have had our mortgage and savings accounts with the Darlington for over five years. During a routine renewal they have changed criteria making meaning we did not tick every box. Despite the fact that our previous history was excellent they still made a huge song and dance. Terrible customer service - excellent products just zero person centered service.
