How banking should be

I've been with First Direct since I was at Uni in 1998, I cannot fault them. Their customer service is one of the best across all companies I have dealt with. They answer the phone quickly and you don't have to go through any ridiculous options to speak to a person, they are just there, immediately. They are what other banks and companies should aspire too. They phone app and online banking have always been top-notch. They really do deserve to win. Reviewed on: 20th January 2018

A breath of fresh air

Real people answering the phone after a couple of rings and holding intelligent conversation with you rather than reading from a script. A world apart from previous banking experiences. I had one issue with money going missing during an ISA transfer which they dealt with quickly and even phoned back to double check it was resolved. Reviewed on: 20th January 2018
