Simple but effective

Top class service every time

Just amazing

First Direct are amazing! 24 hour bank so theres always someone there. They are all British (sorry but i can understand them) And they always help with whatever problem i have and they sort it there and then. I will never, ever change my bank. Reviewed on: 16th February 2016

Outstanding service

Having banked with a couple of high street banks previously I was always subjected to regular calls trying to persuade me to sign up for payable accounts or other bank products. With first direct I have never had this, they are always polite, friendly and helpful but only do what I ask them for, nothing more, noting less- perfect. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016
