Fairly simple banking

Really good bank - can't believe I had not dealt with them before!

Great bank, friendly and helpful customer service

I’ve banked with First Direct for a while, and only have positive things to say about them. They’re very helpful, quick to answer the call (no automated options, which is brilliant). On the one occasion where a mistake was made, they rectified it immediately whilst I was on the phone - it gave me great peace of mind and confidence that I’m with the right bank. All good so far!

Moved bank after many years and not been disappointed. All went really smoothly, First Direct kept me up to date with progress, what to do and how. The app and online banking very secure and easy to deal with. As I was a little nervous moving bank after so many years(30+) I was very happy to find everything easy. First Direct made it 'a doddle'.
