FirstDirect still doing the business in a personal way

First direct keep me informed without bombarding me relentlessly with emails and texts. They inform of product offerings, statements and interest rate changes in periodic and timely fashion. On the few occasions I need to call them on the phone their staff truly demonstrate why they have won so many customer service awards since 1989 Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Always fantastic service

Whenever I’ve needed to speak to first direct by phone, they have been so incredibly helpful. They even have recognition so there’s no complicated codes or answers to remember and they really do everything they can to help. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026

First Direct 25 Years By My Side.

I've been a Customer of First Direct for over 25 years, from being hugely in debt with a Mortgage to now being retired with a very limited income, First Direct have been absolutely superb, never missing a beat with information about my accounts and always there at the end of a phone should I need to contact them.
