Always 10/10 customer service!

On the few occasions i have needed to contact my bank (First Direct), i have had nothing but the best customer service. Amazing customer service

I joined first direct as they had an offer to receive £120 in your account if you swap. If I have ever had any problems the customer service has been amazing and it has been dealt with straight away. Reviewed on: 4th January 2020

Brilliant.

Was tempted over to the dark side from NatWest due to the cashback offer. Definately a great choice. Very simple to swap, every time I've spoke to someone they're very easy to understand (UK call centres) and professional. I think out of the half a dozen times I've called them I have been put on hold only once. There's absolutely nowhere else I've experienced that. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2020
