Review of the First Response Finance, Car Finance:

They made it so easy for myself and my wife.

They made it so easy for myself and my wife. We had bought a car from a car dealership and within the first three months, we started experiencing a lot of problems. Finally we were driving in the motorway and the car just started smoking really bad. So we went back to them since it was still under warranty. To our surprise they told us that the problem we had experienced was not part of the warranty cover. We had worked very hard and saved every penny we worked for. One of my friends had just bought his car using First Response Finance. I left an inquiry online the previous evening and the next morning we received a call to come in and see if we could qualify. The most amazing thing was that we didn’t know how to get there and using a bus was going to literally take an hour. Hahahaha, they sent us a cab to drive us to the car dealership that they used and it was free of charge!! By the end of the day we came back home driving our very own new car with a mileage of 11 thousand miles!! I would definitely recommend anyone to use them because not only were they were very professional about it, they put a huge smile on my wife’s face and that’s all I needed to see. Very helpful as I purchased 3 bad cars from Rix motors.First response helped me when Rix motors was telling me how to go about repairing the vehicles.I was so impressed that I had first response on my side .I thought God help me I can not repair this vehicle.Especially since it was on finance .Wow thank you for them.
