Professional yet friendly staff, easy systems and great care for local community.

Friends recommend this union, they have been members of the union and I have seen their lives greatly improve as a result of the help they get from BCU. Very good experience overall!

Very good experience overall. I opened a savings account through a work incentive and set up a direct debit for £25, which I’ve continued without needing to think about it—an easy and hassle-free way to build up savings until I decide what to use it for. Customer service has consistently been friendly and helpful, making the experience feel personal and supportive. I gave a good rating rather than excellent due to a recent mix-up involving my direct debit, but to their credit, the issue was acknowledged and resolved immediately. Great work everyone! Simple and easy to do.
