Great account

Great current account giving £5 reward each month plus cash back to be earnt using your debit card in certain stores. Very helpful in branch when setting up the account talking us through everything really well, can't fault them so far. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Poor service

To be honest, I have been With them for years Am I have no idea why. The customer service is rubbish and they have closed branches locally. The app is clunky and the fees are expensive for overseas transactions. Reviewed on: 25th February 2023

Ok

Long way to wait on the phone to speak to advisor. No option to cancel credit card online, not in branch, need to call to cancel it! Reviewed on: 23rd February 2023
