Great account

Great current account giving £5 reward each month plus cash back to be earnt using your debit card in certain stores. Very helpful in branch when setting up the account talking us through everything really well, can't fault them so far. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Great App

Great bank easy to use

I use online banking on their app and its easy to use, simple and everything I need is in one place. I can submit the odd cheque on their app so no need to venture all the way to the store. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2023

Great communication

I have always had a good experience with the Halifax and would highly recommend them. They keep me updated with all activity and send 'pop-ups' reminding me of income and expenditure. This is very useful especially with my ilness that causes 'brain fog'. They dealt swiftly and professionally when my bank account was hacked, and I enjoy using the 'cashback' offers every month, which make a difference over time. The app is clear and easy to use and there are many products on offer. None of my previous banks have given the information or bonuses this bank does and I'm a very happy customer. Great for bad credit
