Great current account giving £5 reward each month plus cash back to be earnt using your debit card in certain stores. Very helpful in branch when setting up the account talking us through everything really well, can't fault them so far. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

On the whole Halifax is a good bank . Customer service is quite good - the only drawback is that they used to pay £5 if you had 2 direct debits and paid in a certain amount - now it is only £2. Reviewed on: 20th January 2019

Bank account with no headaches

Halifax personal current account is great for everyday transactions, bill payments, money transfers, opening savings accounts online etc. I have banked with them for a number of years and never had any problems. Their online banking is quick and easy to use and you can see everything in one place. My childrens accounts are now shown so I can easily manage those now too. Reviewed on: 19th January 2019
