Easy Simple Banking

I have a current account with Halifax. I find the internet banking incredibly easy to navigate. They also SMS my balance if the account is running low on funds.I'm very happy with the product and service. Reviewed on: 5th June 2017

One touch away

I am a Halifax customer for quite some time now. Have a few of their products, but been recomentmding their current account for years now. Easy to use, essential and simple. is Halifax the one ?

Now this is my second review for a company in such a short space of time, I don't normally write these due to reading other reviews sounding too professional and fake, I feel as if it should be more down to earth. I've honestly never had a problem with Halifax I've been with them for 10+ years now, card replacements, customer service on the phone and in store has always been on point. My only negative is the adverts, now back in the day if anybody remembers the song " who gives you extra" it was soooooo catchy i loved it, and the ice ice baby one aha classic "as you can tell i am easily entertained" but they were great ways of getting stuck in your head and relating it back to Halifax in a good way. I ain't too keen on the top cat or scooby doo one " come on step it up guys". But overall it is great for service, good for adverts, and spot on for a bank in general i won't be changing it any time now or in the future. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017

Simple and Clear Banking

I have banked with Halifax for a number of years now and always found them a friendly local bank like all banks where as I was growing up. I have found that at the branch the staff are friendly and helpful and the current account offers a range of additional benefits to it's customers. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017

Poor service & two many branches closing

Two of my local branches have closed in Alton and godalming in last month and no branch in 20 miles now. Poor online service often down and would rather they spend more money on staff and new branches then paying millions for Top cat and flintstones adds which is a complete waste of money. Loan offer 17.9 Apr then got at Zopa for 3.6. If I could rate them below a star I would. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017
