Great service , never a problem

Great bank

I love Halifax only thing I'm disappointed at is they have lowered the reward you get every month for having 2 our more direct debits from £5 to now £3 think they should have kept it but then again I can never go overdrawn because they don't allow it to come out and alway send letters letting me know Reviewed on: 12th February 2017

Good for what I need

Great bank account with easy to use app

I have banked with Halifax for years and have always kept a current account with them. The online banking makes it great to manage and the app is also very useful and easy to use. Reviewed on: 11th February 2017

Ok Until you have an issue

OK until you have any kind of problem, then you have to deal with an overseas service centre. Each call has taken over half an hour, speaking to at least four different people each time. Not great! Reviewed on: 11th February 2017

I've had zero problems.
