A breath of fresh air

I switched a year ago from another bank and I'm so glad I did. Halifax have fantastic customer service, much more personal and friendly. It's easy to speak to my branch rather than being redirected all over the place. The app does everything I need it to do and it's so easy to use. Wonderful current account with many perks

As part of Halifax's current account, there are many opportunities to gain cashback when shopping in addition to the reasonable interest rate. For example, I have received an offer for 15% off GBK. These two factors, along with the security of the nationally recognised bank, have meant that Halifax has been able to provide the perfect current account for me. Reviewed on: 12th February 2017

Halifax Current Account

Generally always runs smoothly. Have been in a situation where advice regarding my student overdraft was miscommunication to me in store before and was very quickly left with debt of £1200 to clear costing me £1.00 a day until it was totally gone when I had been told the overdraft would be gradually reduced so it was manageable. In this case the customer service was not good and I felt I wasn't listened to. However, that was five years ago now and since then I e been nothing but happy. Would be nice to get more rewards for loyal customers. Reviewed on: 12th February 2017

First class action

My account was hacked! Was emailed an alert, and i called them.They instantly call the fraud squad and was assured me every thing was not taken and we changed all passwords etc! They worked so quickly.Very happy with the service Reviewed on: 12th February 2017
