Great account

Great current account giving £5 reward each month plus cash back to be earnt using your debit card in certain stores. Very helpful in branch when setting up the account talking us through everything really well, can't fault them so far. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

i had some problems with my account as someone managed to scam me and took my money i phone online banking and they was very helpful and guided me step by step to what i had to do my end and within a few days money was back into my account and all was sorted so very happy Reviewed on: 19th February 2016

A year with Halifax

After switching from TSB to Halifax last year I can't recommend them enough! I switched as there wasn't a TSB local to me I decided to go with Halifax, I done the switching all online and it was so easy! Halifax sorted everything and changed over all my direct debits and it was completely stress free, I got text updates as it was happening and it only took a week! I haven't had any problems at all since switching and everytime I've went into the branch it has been a lovely experience with great staff. Reviewed on: 19th February 2016

Friendly Face of Banking

My Bank have been able to help arrange my direct debits so I don't get hit with all my bills at once and so that I don't go overdrawn anymore.

My Bank have been able to help arrange my direct debits so I don't get hit with all my bills at once and so that I don't go overdrawn anymore. Also my bank has now arranged it so I have a buffer so I can't go overdrawn, also having access to internet banking and the support in branch I have been able to manage my money better and even opened up an everyday saver.
