great way to keep up with the times without having a great credit rating

When I first left home I was a bit naughty with my credit which made it difficult when the time came to get a card that I was able to use online. I finally found the current account card which allowed me to pay bills without having to go out to the post office etc and wait days for payment to be recieved by the repient. It was also helpful during the times I had my children and numerous operations to give me a way to shop online without needing to send cheques or open up accounts with payment platforms. All in all my current account has proved useful in helping me to improve my credit rating, pay my bills and the overdraft proved helpful in my times of need. Reviewed on: 6th August 2016

Excellent customer service

I had and issue with getting my bank statements because I am not a Halifax customer anymore but I tried to get them . I went to high street branch and talked to nice lady Helen and she tried to help me. She was very nice and didn't refuse even though I am not a customer there.
