Great Service

I have used Halifax since I was young and have always found them to have excellent service. They Have are always very fast to process requests and have got great customer service. My mother and brother also use Halifax and have had no issues with service. I Would highly recommend it to anyone who asked. Thank you Reviewed on: 19th February 2016

Bank with confidence

I moved to Halifax using the switching service, it was the best move I have made, it was smooth, I didn't need to do anything, I then decided to upgrade my account. I was taken through a checklist to make sure I was signing up to a service I required. The service was fantastic, the documents were there the next day and the card the day after I have never had a bank account that has ran so smooth. Reviewed on: 19th February 2016

Changing details

very helpful

i had some problems with my account as someone managed to scam me and took my money i phone online banking and they was very helpful and guided me step by step to what i had to do my end and within a few days money was back into my account and all was sorted so very happy Reviewed on: 19th February 2016

A year with Halifax

After switching from TSB to Halifax last year I can't recommend them enough! I switched as there wasn't a TSB local to me I decided to go with Halifax, I done the switching all online and it was so easy! Halifax sorted everything and changed over all my direct debits and it was completely stress free, I got text updates as it was happening and it only took a week! I haven't had any problems at all since switching and everytime I've went into the branch it has been a lovely experience with great staff. Reviewed on: 19th February 2016

Great Current Account

Friendly Face of Banking

I have had my current account with The Halifax for years. I like having a local branch on my High Street with friendly, approachable staff so that if I have a problem or a question I can go right in and ask them. Reviewed on: 18th February 2016
