Rubbish, rip-off interest and charges

Previously had a savings account which had less than £50 in it, lying dormant for a couple of years. Desperate for funds, went to take out the cash, was told that charges had depleted the funds to zero. Reviewed on: 14th November 2016

Very friendly helpful bank

Good Rewards at the moment

Currently you receive £5 a month bonus. I believe that is being reduced in February 2017 so I may have to leave. Reviewed on: 31st October 2016
