Superb support throughout the application process.

I scoured the market for an equity release product that suited my needs for over a year and eventually found the Hanley. They recognise that people may use savings to fund their living expenses instead of drawing income - and are therefore willing to look at assets (e.g. pension funds) when reviewing affordability. The advisor on my case, Jane Longmore, was absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful and efficient. She supervised and guided throughout the whole process until a successful conclusion.
