SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. SVR not come down after 3 interest rate cuts. Savings rates have come down. SVR goes up immediately interest rates go up. Gross profiteering imo. Reviewed on: 25th March 2025

The Human Touch

On the rare occasions that I’ve needed to contact them about my mortgage I cannot even bring to tell you how nice it is to just speak to a normal person without umpteen button presses. The Hanley makes the whole mortgage process easy. I honestly can’t fault the mortgage process with Hanley Economic. From start to finish it was clear, smooth, and so well handled. Everything was explained in a way that actually made sense, communication was spot on, and I never felt rushed or left wondering what was happening next. The whole process felt far less stressful than I expected, and that’s entirely down to how professional and supportive they were.
