Mutual support for six decades!

I’ve held several savings accounts over the decades (my parents opened the first one for me when I was a baby of three months old). I’m now in my sixties and have had excellent service from HEBS over the years. I also love the fact that they are very local to Stoke-on-Trent. Reviewed on: 14th April 2025

I’ve had savings with Hanley Economic Building Society for years and have always experienced outstanding customer service. Their team is consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. I’m now even taking out a mortgage with them, which shows how much I trust and value their service. I popped into the branch today and was helped by Ellie—she was fantastic.
