I like that you have a branch on the high street in Radlett and I can go in and see someone face-to-face. The account is run by elderly people who cannot all use the internet. This ensures the security of the account. Good customer service with a friendly face is very important. Please do not close the Radlett branch. Reviewed on: 19th January 2024

My son has had a saving account for many years setup by his grandparents, now 18 and heading to Uni he had decided to stay with HBS and following such a great service from the team we have setup a joint savings account also. Reviewed on: 15th January 2024

I take on board your comments with regards to a flexible ISA, this would be dependent upon our software provider being able to provide us with the necessary functionality and regulatory reporting systems.
