I was told it'd cost £40 to add business use 1 month before I was due to renew. Policy was no higher, it was admin charge. Certainly not impressed! Reviewed on: 4th March 2016

Best legal team I ever met

I had a car accident in end of May and it was a fault of third party. I had been hit from rear. I had suffered with whiplash and Hastings offered me free legal cover to claim my personal injury claim. Their legal team is very efficient and processed my claim very quickly. Expensive, un helpful and not co-operative
