Friendly helpful staff

My application for a fixed rate bond was dealt with quickly and efficiently. There was an issue about ID but a phone call with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff sorted it out without any fuss. Reviewed on: 25th September 2019

Superb service

We popped into the Hinckley Branch to enquire about opening a savings account. The staff were so informative and helpful. The savings options available were explained so we could choose what suited our needs. We opened an account. Great service, lovely helpful staff. Reviewed on: 17th August 2022

Friendly and so easy to work with

The help to make seamless the process of closing an account on the death of my father and opening a new one for my mother was outstanding. Rita Hawkins in particular was extremely helpful throughout. The speed and efficiency of the service (compared to other financial institutions I had dealings with over the same issue ) was first rate. Thank you. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Superb face-to-face customer service

I needed to change my savings account and popped into branch to understand more about certain products. My queries were answered in professional manner, Jeanette was friendly, discreet and professional - a credit to herself and your company. She provided courteous and welcoming customer service.
