Lady was lovely, nothing too much trouble, listened to me and my brother rattling on , as mum had sadly died the year before, when I needed another account I had all the help I needed. Reviewed on: 20th October 2024

Great staff very understanding

Pleasant in-branch experience

We called in at the Coalville branch to open a savings account for my very elderly mother. We did not have an appointment but the manager agreed to see us immediately and was very patient and understanding in explaining everything to my 97 year mother who is not up to date with modern technology. A very positive experience for both of us! Reviewed on: 19th May 2022
