Lady was lovely, nothing too much trouble, listened to me and my brother rattling on , as mum had sadly died the year before, when I needed another account I had all the help I needed. Reviewed on: 20th October 2024

Lovely staff, very efficient service too.

I had been recommended to put my savings with HRBC and after doing some research decided to go ahead. I visited the branch and was given lots of information to take away and read and went back the next day to open an account. The lady that I saw was lovely, and dealt with my application quickly amd efficiently. Really glad I went in. Reviewed on: 13th May 2022
