Lady was lovely,

Lady was lovely, nothing too much trouble, listened to me and my brother rattling on , as mum had sadly died the year before, when I needed another account I had all the help I needed. Reviewed on: 20th October 2024

New fixed rate bond

Advised by post that my Fixed term Savings Bond was coming to a close…The Hinckley & Rugby Building Society suggested an alternative bond. This I agreed to and returned the paperwork duly signed. I was telephoned by the H&R Building Society to inform me that they had opened the new Bond. Reviewed on: 30th March 2022

Personal customer service

Excellent Customer Service

Carol Butterworth phoned to advise the savings pack was on it's way but in the meantime the interest rate on savings had been increased. She also phoned so say the instruction had been received and would deal with the matter on the maturity date. So nice to speak with just one person in this matter. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
