Friendly helpful staff

My application for a fixed rate bond was dealt with quickly and efficiently. There was an issue about ID but a phone call with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff sorted it out without any fuss. Reviewed on: 25th September 2019

Good and efficient service

Generally everything was good. Just a slight hiccup in that the slip (in lieu of the passbook) had the wrong amount. But that was all fine when the passbook arrived. Overall a good experience, Reviewed on: 14th January 2022

Renewing

Had to go in bank to renew….could not be ‘done’ over telephone…understandable. Think I may have been served with “trainee “? But more experienced staff on hand “ to guide “ no problem, all sorted without issue Reviewed on: 5th January 2022
