Lady was lovely,

Lady was lovely, nothing too much trouble, listened to me and my brother rattling on , as mum had sadly died the year before, when I needed another account I had all the help I needed. Reviewed on: 20th October 2024

Helpful and efficient service

I visited the branch to open a new savings account. There were three staff in the branch so I was able to be seen quickly and everything was dealt with for me at the counter. The terms of the account were explained as well as the process for how the account is opened and when I should expect to receive my passbook, so I was very pleased I was able to get everything done I wanted to. Amazing customer service, extremely efficient and very family friendly!

The Rugby Team were and are amazing. When I visit with my young children, they are so focused on ensuring that the customer has a relaxed and pleasant experience which is stress free. They go above and beyond on every occasion, really pleased to visit. Reviewed on: 28th December 2021

Helpful,friendly and a pleasure to do business with

I decided to re invest a maturing bond. Whilst there may be slightly higher rates available elsewhere I prefer to do business with straightforward people who do their best to simplify the system and be helpful ,especially during Covid Reviewed on: 21st December 2021
