The H&R website is good and it's easy to find the information required. Interest rates on savings are competitive. In the Rugby branch the staff are friendly and efficient. Reviewed on: 11th November 2021

Excellent customer service

Putting money on deposit for a church is not easy, but Hinckley and Rugby made it as easy as possible, and their customer service in terms of keeping me informed about progress with the application was excellent (including correcting an error on the application form). Patience is a virtue!

The staff were so patient with me. I didn't have the correct paperwork to open a savings account for my granddaughter but they kept the matter open and gently reminded me what was needed. They demonstrated a personal service rarely seen these days. Reviewed on: 2nd November 2021
