Lady was lovely,

Lady was lovely, nothing too much trouble, listened to me and my brother rattling on , as mum had sadly died the year before, when I needed another account I had all the help I needed. Reviewed on: 20th October 2024

Power of attorney registration

Not an everyday occurence for the counter staff I'm sure but it was carried out swiftly and efficiently. Must faster than I thought it was going to take. Impressed by how the account holders security came first at all times as well as the cheerful and competant performance of the staff. Reviewed on: 4th October 2021

Quick and easy.

Couldn't have been quicker or easier. Excellent communication and pesonl attention. I've been trying since 6/9 to open a bank account with a leading bank. Today is 29/09, still no account. what a relief it was to find Hinckley and Rugby where there is excellent customer service. Thanks. Reviewed on: 29th September 2021

Always helpful

I chose to set up a savings for my baby son as I myself had a savings here while I was growing up. The team have always been helpful and it was lovely that the lady who served me was a lady I remember serving me when I was a lot younger (can’t remember her name!!) always smiling!
