Friendly helpful staff

My application for a fixed rate bond was dealt with quickly and efficiently. There was an issue about ID but a phone call with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff sorted it out without any fuss. Reviewed on: 25th September 2019

Opening New Account

Counter staff friendly and efficient. Simple process to open a new account. HRB chosen due to better than average interest rate and a local branch nearby. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2021

Local Caring Building Society

I visited the Broughton Astley branch to open a new account recently and the staff on duty were actually from other branches and unfamiliar with where everything was stored in the branch. I commend Hinckley and Rugby for putting its customers first and maintaining operations whilst normal branch staff are off due to COVID-19. The ‘relief’ staff were extremely helpful and courteous and able to open my account promptly and provide all of the information required. Great service and product knowledge from the staff always.
