Lady was lovely,

Lady was lovely, nothing too much trouble, listened to me and my brother rattling on , as mum had sadly died the year before, when I needed another account I had all the help I needed. Reviewed on: 20th October 2024

Very good service

I would like Hinckley and Rugby to issue a single list of all my accounts and respective annual interest at the end of each financial year ( As the Coventry Building Society do ) it makes life much easier when you are doing your tax returns/accounts.Otherwise their service is excellent. Excellent customer service

Visited Rugby branch on 19th June to open a bond, Harriet was very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting in branch account. Reviewed on: 21st June 2021

Personal attention

I was phoned on the day my account was maturing to check that I wanted the transfer to a 5 year fixed rate bond to go ahead as on my application form rather than the 2 year originally offered. Reviewed on: 19th June 2021

House Savings

Helpful personal service

Went into Rugby branch to close an old account and open new savings account for myself and my husband (a new HRBS customer). Although the person serving us was learning the new system installed in the previous week she was very pleasant and asked colleagues for help when needed. New account passbooks received promptly.
