Friendly helpful staff

My application for a fixed rate bond was dealt with quickly and efficiently. There was an issue about ID but a phone call with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff sorted it out without any fuss. Reviewed on: 25th September 2019

Excellent service

From the moment I walked into the branch I felt welcome and valued. The member of staff was confident, spoke clearly, made good eye contact, had a smile and appeared to know the product and procedures well so was able to open an account for me efficiently. No problems

Opening savings account

Opening a savings account in the branch was quick and easy. Reviewed on: 4th May 2021

Friendly efficient service

We had just closed a matured ISA with the Halifax B S and decided to move it to the H&R because the interest rate was better and we already had other savings with H&R. Opening the new account was easy to do and the customer service was as friendly and efficient has it as always been over many years. Reviewed on: 30th April 2021
