My savings account was set up quickly on arrival at the building society today. I obtained a receipt for my cheque deposit and a call to my landline to confirm the mobile number to use to contact me. Reviewed on: 15th April 2021

opened account via online. The website was not 100% clear on what was needed. For example as an existing customer what ID you required was not detailed on the website. Phone contact with staff member was friendly and clear Reviewed on: 14th April 2021
