Opening 5 year savings bond by phone and post.

Exemplary service in response to our telephone request for forms to open this account by post. This is a rapidly dwindling option but is still very important to us. The ability to do this was very much appreciated. Information and reassurance very helpfully provided every step of the way, enabling a rapid turnaround by post from Monday am to receipt of the passbook on Friday am. Nothing but praise for the manager and various other members of staff involved in the process. It shows what can be achieved despite Covid restrictions. A big thank you to all concerned.
