Friendly helpful staff

My application for a fixed rate bond was dealt with quickly and efficiently. There was an issue about ID but a phone call with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff sorted it out without any fuss. Reviewed on: 25th September 2019

Friendly and efficient advice

I wanted to open a new account, and the advisor didn’t bamboozle me with information (or literature) about all your accounts, just was able to tell me about the couple of options for me, of which the Plain Sailing was perfect! A painless experience! Reviewed on: 5th November 2020

Unsurpassed Service

I have been a customer of H&RBS for a few years. Every time I have visited the Hinckley branch on Castle Street the staff have been pleasant and very helpful. They are knowledgeable about their products, and are willing to explain the details of their different accounts. The reason that I've not given 10 stars in response to recommendation to a friend is that I'm sure that there are financial establishments that offer larger interests rates. Great rates and fabulous staff

Really happy with my experience so far. Picked Hinckley & Rugby due to the great rates for savings but have been massively impressed with their customer service. Swift and efficient application process and a lovely friendly lady even contacted me to let me know I had forgotten to enclose a form of ID. Don’t say this very often about an organisation in the banking sector but the process felt very personal and I would highly recommend using them! Reviewed on: 21st October 2020
