I have always found Hinckley & Rugby Building Society to be very accommodating & their onboarding processing is always very efficient,for example I sent them an email requesting an application form for a new account (via their website),the next day I received the application form and related information in the post,it included a prepaid 1st class envelope which I sent off immediately,the next day I received a courtesy phone call & email from Rebecca Wilson advising that my account had been opened & my passbook would be sent out in today's post..... unbelievable efficiency & great customer service.
