Lady was lovely, nothing too much trouble, listened to me and my brother rattling on , as mum had sadly died the year before, when I needed another account I had all the help I needed. Reviewed on: 20th October 2024

A real breath of fresh air. The phone was answered before I had time to settle down for the music!!! I'd made a error with my application and was promised a call back when my application arrived Pleasantly suprised when the following day that it was the same lady i had spoken to who rang me back and all was fine. I know its all relative to sizes of company but that was the service people remember and crave for. Clunky and old-fashioned

We identified a best-buy savings product online and decided to apply. It was disappointing to have to use out-dated methods (telephone calls, documents through the post, cheques) for opening the account. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2023
