Opening new account

We recently opened a new savings account at our local Hinckley & Rugby building society, the service we received was great, Rita was exceptionally helpful, explaining our options clearly and answering all questions informatively. A helpful visit

On 4th Jan 2023 along with my husband we visited for the first time. We were greeted by a pleasant young man who then handed us over to Kyla,who dealt with us very efficiently,explaining everything about the bond we were taking out. The only downside ( not a criticism ) was discussing the amount being invested within hearing of other customers ,but fortunately it was not too busy. Because of our ages we feel vulnerable ,so would have liked more privacy. Reviewed on: 5th January 2023
