Opened a fixed rate bond

Went to Enderby branch to open the bond on a Saturday morning. Actually opened over the phone to Wigston branch. Enderby lady was so helpful explaining everything about the product and although she wasn't signed off to open it herself she went out of her way to get someone from another branch to open it over the phone in the branch. This saved myself and my husband from returning to the branch after the weekend or driving to another branch that day. The lady I spoke to at the Wigston branch on the phone was also very helpful.
