Lady was lovely,

Lady was lovely, nothing too much trouble, listened to me and my brother rattling on , as mum had sadly died the year before, when I needed another account I had all the help I needed. Reviewed on: 20th October 2024

Lutterworth branch very convenient with excellent staff.

The young lady who handled my account switch was very knowledgeable and efficient. She also had a pleasant and friendly manner that made me feel that nothing was too much trouble. I think your interest rates are rather low but on this occasion the branch location was more important. Reviewed on: 29th November 2022
