Friendly helpful staff

My application for a fixed rate bond was dealt with quickly and efficiently. There was an issue about ID but a phone call with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff sorted it out without any fuss. Reviewed on: 25th September 2019

Friendly people, professional service and great products

Extremely helpful & friendly team. They found the ideal savings account for my needs. My account was up and running in less than 24 hours. The ‘in branch’ (Rugby) experience was perfect and I would recommend a visit. Reviewed on: 18th November 2022

Brilliant friendly service!!!

This busy office is exceptionally good at delivering top class customer service, expert advice on all products is always available and nothing is to much trouble for the lovely staff who work there, it's simply a pleasure to go into this branch as there's always a warm welcome and friendly face. In branch savings account application and start up

Quick efficient and knowledgeable staff member. Friendly welcoming and pleasant . However due to branch being busy at the time my application was done over the counter, would have preferred an area with some privacy. Nevertheless it was o.k. Reviewed on: 14th November 2022

Regular Savings

I visited the South Wigston Branch of Hinckley & Rugby BS to open a Regular Savings Account. The member of staff I met there was very kind and helpful and gave me all the information I required to open the account. Very impressed and pleased with the service I received. Fast and convinient

I went into the branch to ask about savings accounts. The lady behind the counter was very accommodating, answering any questions I had without judgement. She took me through the range of accounts they had, and very quickly opened one for me upon request. Reviewed on: 7th November 2022
