Best business banking app on the planet

10x easier to set up and use than another company that we bank with that begins with the letter before S. Like them too but HSBC Kinetic is magic. Also have incredible and highly responsive and intelligent customer service (which is a bonus). Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

Does a job, but room for improvement

The basic functionality is ok, but it has its limitations. Appreciate it is for mobile, but there are still occasions when you need to logon via computer and the functionality of the website is limited. Via the app, connecting to Xero can only be done through Chrome; Savings accounts do not sync with Xero; not all statements are shown / downloadable.
