excellent but need some improve

really excellent account and mobile app to use day to day business banking. very straightforward to open through the online, no hassles, no complicated issues. only one thing they need to improve contact number for customer service. chats option not really helpful. Reviewed on: 26th March 2022

Not overly impressed at the moment

Not overly impressed at the fact staff hadn’t double checked to see if they had received requested info. Was just told to wait. When I did find out they hadn’t got the info I sent it immediately, was then told I would get a decision by the end of week… still waiting… Not a great start to business banking with a new client…. Incredibly quick and easy
