LARGE CHOICE OF PRODUCTS

No profit on savings

I have been saving each penny but never got any interest on the amount in my account. Then why not to prefer other banks. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

HSBC Premier current account

It is okay--but not easy to open. customer care is not easy to get a response to--if one sends a secure message the response if often--phone in. The card costs more to use overseas than digital only banks. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Not very user friendly

I have banked with HSBC for decades. It is extremely difficult to speak to customer services. The chat is very limited in topics and even after requesting a call back it didn't happen. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
