Excellent support for the community

It is good to have the support of a community. Very friendly service provided. Be it email or phone the staff are quick to respond and supportive. Lot of options to save and grow your finances. Great banking and loan service!

I’ve been a Credit union member for around 20 years -first in Leeds and later in Hull. For the 15 or so years I’ve been with the Hull branch they have provided an excellent service Reviewed on: 28th May 2025

Wouldn't use any other company

Never ever had an issue. Always been fantastic. They don't push like other banks/loan companies. They will only allow you to lend what you can afford. Reviewed on: 27th May 2025
