Buy to let

Wanted a buy to let mortgage, provided the necessary information however we were not accepted, then we provided the same information to natwest and were accepted immediately. We had been working on this project for the last 10 years and at the end we were a small amount of money short. After securing a loan with natwest we were left with a property worth 1.2 million pounds with a mortgage of £100,000 paying £3000 per in rent per month. Happy with the Leek Building Society

Excellent service

There’s little Leek BS can do about interest rates given the current climate but their service and ease of use is unfaultable. They are quick to answer calls and when we decided to increase our payment it was really easy to carry out - took a matter of moments! Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025
