Fabulous service from St Edward Street Branch

I opened my 2nd savings account with Leek United yesterday and the service was second to none. The transaction was seamless and I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 1st July 2022

The staff at the Cheadle branch were so obliging, knowledgeable and also very accommodating when I arrived two days early for an appointment . Reviewed on: 14th January 2025

Good bank

The staff are lovely and are efficient. The yearly interest available is very good and the safety of accounts is impeccable. There can be large queues in busy periods and depending on the location often only has around two people serving so the line does not move very fast. Additionally, the opening hours are not friendly for people with 9-5 jobs so struggle to access the bank to deposit or withdraw cash. Reviewed on: 14th January 2025

It's always a pleasure to go into the Leek Building Society in Congleton. The staff are a great team who are all friendly, polite and extremely helpful. In this current day and age of impersonal, online and computer lead banking, it's a relief and comfort to speak to a person, face to face and see a smile and hear a welcoming hello!!
