AVOID!!!! Awful charges and their pricing system is not customer friendly

We had to make a change and because of this they recalculated the whole policy. They run on a live system so the prices change daily, therefore if you make a change the whole policy cost can change. Mine went from around 300 a year to around 800 for the year. The cost to end the policy was so debilitating that I had no choice but to stay. Worst ever service. BTW I am 47 and have been driving for nearly 30 years - I was insuring a 59 plate mini first - £800 - insane prices. Avoid. Reviewed on: 25th September 2023

Avoid!!!!

Initial quote was competitive but as soon as you make a change on the policy (change of occupation) their charges are through the roof and they then take and admin charge on top! Had to cancel as pretty much every other insurer was cheaper for the same cover but they then charge you such a large cancellation fee so that you don’t get any money back. AVOID! AVOID DO NOT USE

When I signed up with Lloyds I thought great good insurers to go with, how wrong was I. I had a car accident in May 23 no fault of mine. I have got a file on how useless they are from not answering calls, to keeping me on hold to actually losing my damaged car. They finally settled July 25th. I had an email this morning saying they were going to charge me for cancelling my insurance with them !!!! Reviewed on: 26th August 2023

I have experienced extremely good service with lloyds. Banking group and with their insurance, produit is a quick and easy service to apply. DO NO USE

This is the worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company. We have made a claim- it has been over 7 weeks - still not sorted. I call often and the phone lines dont work, they transfer you to the wrong party, they do not communicated to all 4 companies they outsource the work to. I am trying to get a different rent car so we can go on holiday and I have had to call 10 times between Lloyds and the rent car company to 'approve this' - Lloyd's say they update the system and then they don't. On my 10th phone calls today and its still not sorted. Last week when I called they stated they couldnt even see my claim on the system!!! Stay far far away ! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2023

review for my expirience

whole year I didnt needed to used it(0 expirience with claiming) paid 80£ every month and last month they wrote me the letter and inforn me for some reniew (instead of calling, inform or something speak about the price) they inform me I will pay 190 per month ridiculous price. when I signed with a diffrent company for 700 with full cover and they didnt even offer full cover just a basic cover.
